This stand is ideal for building looking north as there is a significant drop off in the Northern side of the stand. Its located higher up on the hill and will get cooler breezes in summer.
There is no time frame in order to build in and double storey buildings are allowed. The stand is serviced with power and water. Trees include Bushwillow and Kiaat. Rocky features and suitable for a rock and succulent garden.
The stand is 1 ha in size and one does not need to build in a specified period. The reserve has a big variety of plains game such as Giraffe, Zebra, Wildebeest, Impala, Nyala, Kudu, to name only a few. There are only 44 stand I total of which half have been developed. This reserve is suitable for permanent living as well as a lock up and go.
