Century 21 Wildlife Celebrates Outstanding Success at the 2026 Pearl Awards
There was plenty to celebrate for the Century 21 Wildlife Properties team following the Century 21 South Africa Pearl Awards 2026, held at Sun City during the last week of August.
For our Hoedspruit-based property team, the awards were a wonderful recognition of the dedication, expertise and commitment that go into helping our clients navigate the property market in and around Hoedspruit.
From outstanding individual performances to a significant achievement for the office as a whole, the evening highlighted what can happen when experienced property professionals and a strong support team work together.
Recognised among Century 21 South Africa's Top 21 agents
A particularly significant achievement was the recognition of Michelle Severin and Jason Jones, who both earned Pearl Award Agent Status.
This places Michelle and Jason among the Top 21 agents within the Century 21 South Africa group, a remarkable achievement within a network of more than 500 agents.
For a local property office in Hoedspruit, having two agents recognised among the group's top performers is a reflection of the level of service, market knowledge and commitment that our clients can expect from the Century 21 Wildlife team.
Michelle Severin takes home national honours
Michelle Severin's evening at the Pearl Awards was especially memorable.
Michelle was recognised as the Inland Division winner for Highest Agent Sales as well as Highest Gross Commission. She went on to achieve the same distinction at national level, taking the title of National Winner in both categories.
Competing against more than 500 agents across the Century 21 South Africa group, this is a spectacular performance and an achievement of which the entire Century 21 Wildlife team is immensely proud.
Michelle also placed second nationally in the Sales Agent of the Year category, adding another significant achievement to an already exceptional awards haul.
Her results are a testament to the combination of experience, determination, strong client relationships and an in-depth understanding of the Hoedspruit property market.
Strong results for our office
The recognition continued at office level, with Rob Severin placing second for Highest Principal Sales.
The Century 21 Wildlife office also achieved 200 Million Plus Club Status, recognising sales exceeding R200 million during the financial year.
This achievement belongs not only to the agents who work directly with buyers and sellers, but also to the people working behind the scenes.
From administration and marketing to coordinating listings, preparing information, communicating with clients and keeping the day-to-day operation moving, our admin and support team plays an important role in every successful property transaction.
Growing the next generation of property professionals
We were also pleased to see Calin Leppan recognised for her participation in the NQF4 Class of 2025/26.
As Calin progresses through her training towards becoming a fully qualified Property Professional, this represents another important step in building the knowledge and expertise of our team.
We believe that good property advice starts with people who are committed to continually learning, developing their skills and understanding the communities and markets they serve.
A few days away, but never far from our clients
The Pearl Awards brought the Century 21 South Africa network together at Sun City during the last week of August. Our team spent a few days at the nearby Kingdom Resort, enjoying some well-earned time together and celebrating the achievements of the past financial year.
But being out of the office did not mean being out of touch.
Our agents continued providing the best possible service to clients, demonstrating something that matters far more than an awards evening: our commitment to the people who trust us with their property decisions.
Looking ahead in the Hoedspruit property market
The awards come at an interesting time for the Hoedspruit property market.
Stock levels are currently low, while we continue to have buyers actively looking for properties in and around Hoedspruit. This means that well-positioned properties can attract attention from motivated buyers, while sellers benefit from having experienced local professionals guiding them through the process.
High growth rates in property values continue even in the current global climate. However, in 2026 the total amount of sales in the area has dropped as a result of the low stock levels, and some sellers overpricing their properties.
If you have been considering selling a property in Hoedspruit, now is an excellent time to have a conversation with a local property professional who understands the area, the market and the buyers looking for property here.
Whether you own a home, investment property, bushveld retreat, wildlife estate property or another type of property in the Hoedspruit area, our team can provide informed guidance on your next move.
More than an agent. A team behind you.
At Century 21 Wildlife Properties, we know that selling a property involves far more than putting a listing online.
It takes local knowledge.
It takes market insight.
It takes professional marketing.
It takes communication and follow-through.
And, most importantly, it takes a team of people who genuinely understand that every property and every client is different.
Our Pearl Awards recognition is an external acknowledgement of the results our team is achieving. But for us, the real measure of success remains the service we provide to our clients every day.
With award-winning agents, experienced administration and marketing support, and a team working together behind every transaction, Century 21 Wildlife Properties is ready to help property owners in Hoedspruit make their next move.
